How do I use your designs?

Our designs are used with embroidery machines and software (optional). You must have an embroidery machine to use our designs. They are NOT iron on patches and can't be sewn on by hand. Please be sure you have the proper equipment to use our files as NO REFUNDS are offered.

How will I receive my embroidery file?

Your file will be delivered via Instant Download. After payment has been made, a download link will be provided before you leave our site. An email will also be sent to the email you provided with a download link. Save the file to your computer, flashdrive, or other. NOTE: ALWAYS have a back up means for your files. Many times computers crash and your files will be lost.

How do I download my files?

May I use your design photo on my website or other advertisement?

Yes. You may use the draft/outline photos to advertise on your website, shop, or other medium provided that the Happytown Applique watermark remains intact. If a watermark is not present, credit must be given to Happytown Applique where the image is displayed. ***Finished stithout photos are not permitted for use. 

Oops! I purchased a design twice, what do I do?

Provided that a duplicate purchase is found in our records, we will gladly send another design of equal or lesser value.

Can I receive a refund on my purchase?

Due to the electronic nature of our designs, there are NO REFUNDS. It's important to be sure the file formats and sizes will work for your machine and hoops BEFORE your purchase. If you have a question about these issues, please ask before you purchase and we will do our best to answer.

What are your terms of use?

Many hours go into designing and test stitching designs so please respect that in following our Terms & Conditions under the "Information" tab here: http://happytownapplique.com/store/5/Terms-and-Conditions.html.  

I didn't receive my download link. What do I do?  

All purchases remain in your account for download. You received a download link at the time of purchase and an email to the address you provided when you completed your checkout information. This email is sent immediately after purchase to your email address. The email will contain link(s) to your design files.

If you didn't receive the email with links, check your SPAM or JUNK folder. If you believe you may have entered your email incorrectly, please contact us by clicking here: http://happytownapplique.com/information/contact.html
